Synopsis

In Nightscape, an emotionally-guarded drifter crosses paths with a phantom car responsible for a wave of supernatural violence. She must learn to trust again if she’s to end a lifetime of bad luck and to help her newfound companions survive the growing chaos and carnage. The film is a smart supernatural thriller that combines action-adventure set pieces with surreal, Lovecraftian horror.

Nightscape is the feature debut of producer-writer-director David W. Edwards.  It is co-produced with A.J. Gordon (The Truth), with the aid of associate producer Keith A.C. Jones (The Runaways). Other notable production team members include Patrick Neary as director of photography (Calvin Marshall); up-and-coming makeup effects supervisor Christina Kortum (Shiver); veteran stunt supervisor William (Bill) Boggs (Book of Eli); prop fabricator Tyler B. Robinson (Wake Before I Die); editor Ben Meader (Brutal Beauty); sound designer Jason T. Edwards (NBC’s The Cape); and composer John Askew (Calvin Marshall).
